1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dukhdaa app (com.dukhdaa.app) or website (dukhdaa.code2night.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Dukhdaa.

2. Description of Service

Dukhdaa is an anonymous social platform for emotional sharing, peer support, and mental health community connection. The service includes anonymous posting, chat, voice messages, stories, and community categories.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dukhdaa. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Dukhdaa to:

Post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or harmful to others
Share explicit sexual content or content involving minors
Promote self-harm, suicide, or violence
Spread misinformation or deliberately false content
Attempt to identify or "dox" other anonymous users
Spam, advertise, or promote commercial services without permission
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform

Violations may result in content removal and permanent account suspension.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Dukhdaa. By posting, you grant Dukhdaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Mental Health Disclaimer

Dukhdaa is a peer support community, not a medical service. Content on Dukhdaa does not constitute professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or have thoughts of self-harm, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

7. Anonymity

While Dukhdaa is designed for anonymous use, you are responsible for maintaining your own anonymity. Do not share personally identifying information in your posts or messages. Dukhdaa is not responsible for information you voluntarily disclose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dukhdaa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dukhdaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Dukhdaa at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
