Yes, absolutely. Dukhdaa is built on anonymity. Your real name, phone number, and location are never required or shared with other users. Your identity is completely private. Other users only see your chosen username and avatar — never your real identity.

Yes! Dukhdaa is completely free to download on Google Play. All core features — anonymous posting, chat, stories, categories — are free to use. We believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.

In the app, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) on any post, comment, or user profile and select "Report." Describe the issue and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also email us at report@dukhdaa.com for urgent safety issues.

Currently Dukhdaa is available on Android devices through Google Play. An iOS version is in development. Join our community and you'll be the first to know when the iPhone app launches.

Yes. You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the app. All your posts, messages, and personal data are permanently deleted. You can also email us at support@dukhdaa.com to request manual data deletion.

Dukhdaa has multiple safety layers: community reporting (report any post or user), human moderation team, strict community guidelines, ability to block and mute users, and AI-assisted content screening. Our priority is keeping Dukhdaa a safe, positive, and supportive space.

Voice and video calls on Dukhdaa use WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. You can make calls to users you've connected with. Your real phone number is never shared — calls are made through the app. You can choose to use the video camera or keep it off during calls.
